According to a press release issued Monday by the Romanian Association of Drug Distributors and Importers (ADIMR), whose representatives had a meeting with the health minister Saturday, distributors are still discontent with the Health Ministry’s propositions, which they deem unrealistic.
Distribuitors said the ministry’s plan to partially update prices for certain types of drugs discriminates against categories of patients.
Drug distributors said they are determined to sue the minister regardless of negotiations this Wednesday, when they are to meet again with ministry officials.
