However, private lending decelerated by 0.4% in real terms in July on the month earlier, compared with a rise of 3.4% in June and 1.3% in May.
Private lending in foreign currency rose 54.6% on the year earlier in July and 1.6% on the month earlier in real terms, while local currency lending rose 27.8% on the year and 1.7% on the month in July, the bank said.
Annual inflation was at 9.04% on the year in July, hitting is highest level in three years.
The central bank has hiked interest rates by 325 basis points in seven consecutive sessions since October 2007, in a bid to curb surging inflation, which began last year, driven by a low farming output and a lending boom spurring consumption.
