Romanian President Says Employers Make National Sport Out Of Dodging Laws

„The business environment has almost made a national sport out of dodging the law,” said Basescu at a conference organized by Ziarul Financiar and the Foreign Investors Board.

Basescu said whoever says the state should fix the problem of illegal labor and tax evasion is being unfair, adding the state should have an enormous number of employees to fight tax evasion, adding employers too have responsibilities in these areas.
