“The chairman called us on Sunday evening at the party headquarters. From what I understood, he will present the results of the national poll taken in the last period, before MEP elections,” one Liberal executive bureau member told MEDIAFAX.
The sources added that Orban will also meet with leaders of the party’s branches afterwards, to present the results of local polls.
According to them, the poll was made mainly for the upcoming MEP elections, and had a sample of 700 to 900 people for each of Romania’s counties.
MEP elections in Romania are scheduled to take place on May 26.
