GCS: 2.245 Romanians infected with COVID-19 virus. 220 healed, 69 dead
According to the GCS, until Tuesday, 2.245 cases of persons infected with COVID-19 virus have been confirmed in Romania.
Of the positively confirmed persons, 220 were declared healed and discharged (81 in Bucharest, 55 in Timiş, 20 in Iaşi, 16 in Caraş-Severin, 11 in Constanţa, 10 in Prahova, 7 in Dolj, 5 in Braşov, 4 in Cluj, 4 at Galaţi, 2 at Bihor, 1 at Brăila, 1 at Mureş, 1 at Neamţ, 1 at Alba, 1 Argeş).
At the same time, 69 persons diagnosed with COVID-19 infection, hospitalized in hospitals in Craiova, Bucharest, Iaşi, Suceava, Arad, Bacau, Timişoara, Cluj, Neamţ, Hunedoara, Constanţa, Satu Mare, Sibiu and Ialomiţa, died.
According to the GCS, another 293 new cases of illness have been registered in the last 24 hours.
62 patients are hospitalized in ATI intensive care units, of which 36 are in serious condition. The health status of the other patients is still stationary.
The GCS has also announced that 11.576 persons are in quarantine, and another 123.577 persons are in isolation at home and are under medical supervision.
Until Tuesday, at national level, 24.654 tests were processed.
