The Romanian reality TV format "Miss Country Girl," produced by Media Factory and broadcast in Romania by Prima TV, has been acquired by Viasat Broadcasting and will air in 11 countries, including Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.

Viasat Broadcasting bought the rights for the Romanian format, which may be produced and broadcast in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Czech Republic, and Ghana.

Viasat Broadcasting is part of Modern Times Group MTG AB and is the main TV operator in Scandinavia and the Baltic states, and has direct TV operations in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Russia, Ukraine, and Ghana. Viasat’s TV networks are distributed in 30 countries.

The Romanian TV format „Miss Country Girl” is distributed internationally by Tim Crescenti, one of the most influential TV format distributors in the United States and the president of Small World IF.

„Miss Country Girl” was launched internationally in January, in Miami.
