The company registered total revenue of RON1,135 million and expenses of RON1,117 million and continues its measures for economic-financial consolidation in full convergence with shareholders’ development strategies and policies. Its goal is to increase and diversify services, the company said in a statement.
The capitalization process of Posta Romania by its two shareholders, the Communications Ministry and investment fund Fondul Proprietatea, is expected to be completed by September 2017.
