The Arges Court, southern Romania, allowed Tuesday the release on bail of Gheorghe Constantin, former head of the Central Commission of Referees (CCA), but anticorruption prosecutors immediately challenged the decision and the appeal will be tried in the Pitesti Court of Appeals.
