Gral Medical, the sixth largest player on the Romanian private healthcare services market, owned by entrepreneur Robert Serban, posted a turnover of EUR35 million in 2019, up 13% on the year, and targets acquisitions in 2020.

Romania's state-owned natural gas producer Romgaz Medias (SNG.RO) on Tuesday said its consolidated turnover grew 1.5% on the year in 2019, to RON5.1 billion, and its net profit grew 4.5%, to RON1.43 billion.

Sphera Franchise Group (SFG.RO), which manages restaurants under the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell brands, said Monday its consolidated sales grew 23.8% on the year in 2019, to RON955 million (around EUR201 million).

Electromagnetica Bucuresti (ELMA.RO), which makes electrical equipment and produces electricity, posted a turnover of RON256 million in 2019, down 12% on the year, while its profit declined 6.9%, to RON4.4 million, it said in its preliminary earnings report Friday.

Telekom Romania posted consolidated revenues of EUR980 million in 2019, up 5% on the year, and its EBITDA also grew 5%, to EUR144 million, the company said in a statement.

Romanian oil storage and shipment firm Oil Terminal Constanta (OIL.RO) posted a net profit of RON2.4 million in 2019, eight times higher than in 2018, and its turnover grew 15.1%, to RON168 million.
