Russian giant Gazprom is considering buying the majority stake in Romania’s gas company Romgaz Medias when the company is put up for sale, Lowe Public Relations cited the Russian IT and Communication Ministry as saying.

Saudi Arabian Al Arrab Contracting Co. Ltd signed on Tuesday with the Romania’s privatization authority AVAS, a EUR120 million deal to buy a 62.82% stake in state-owned electrical equipment-producer Electroputere Craiova.
