Supreme Court magistrates on Friday won a new trial against the ministry, which entitles them to salary rights of RON1,453,475.
However, the ruling can be challenged by the ministry or the Court of Accounts within 15 days.
The Appeals Court also obliged the ministry to pay the 50% mental distress bonus to the staff with the National School of Court Clerks (SNG) and the National Institute of Magistrates (INM), within one day from the court ruling.
