„Transport Ministry officials are working on a law pack with AFER and CENAFER, which translates into long-term stability for the railway sector. The law pack is meant to regulate all operations in the sector and the activity of institutions under the authority of the ministry,” according to Transport Ministry deputy secretary of state, Constantin Axinia.

Axinia said the law pack will solve problems involving the public and private property of state, railroad managements and relations between public institutions.

Axinia attended Tuesday the inauguration of one of the Center’s simulators for staff training and qualification, within a project worth EUR80,000 and financed from the Center’s own funds.

He also pointed out that another three simulators will be inaugurated at the centers in Craiova, Galati and Cluj.
