The compensations will be paid based on a draft government decision developed by the ministry of transport.
The pieces of property belong to individuals and companies in Bucharest District 1.
The expropriated properties will be used for public utility works, such as the decongestion of traffic on DN1 over a length of nine kilometers and on the north side of the Bucharest ring road, as well as for the widening to four lanes of the alternative route around Bucharest between national road 1A and DN 1.
The outline route crosses the administrative territory of Bucharest city – District 1, as well as that of Ilfov county.
At the same time, the ministry will allocate RON1.15 million for the expropriation of 405 properties and buildings with a total surface of 27,636 square meters for the rehabilitation of national road 2D Focsani-Ojdula between km 0 and 118 + 873.
The terrains are in the communes Barsesti, Vidra and Negrilesti in Vrancea county, and the communes Ojdula and Tinoasa in Covasna county.
Financing is secured from the state budget through the budget of the ministry of transport.
Individuals and companies involved will receive compensation within 30 days from the decision’s coming into force.
